We offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased directly from our website, provided they are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Please note that custom-ordered items may be subject to different terms.
Do Zildjian cymbals come with a warranty?
Yes, all Zildjian cymbals are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Please ensure you keep your original sales receipt for warranty validation.

How should I clean and maintain my cymbals?
