We want you to be fully satisfied with your Zildjian purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Zildjian account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the products in their original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all accessories and documentation are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Order

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
